Does anyone know that how a SC candidate can avail government scholarship at IIM?? Like first we pay our whole fees via loan and then after applying for scholarship , we get money refunded to our account , is it so??

I have sc certificate issued by Bihar government in Hindi...Is it acceptable by IIM or do I need to get a new SC certificate in English as mentioned on their sites ?? I showed the same Hindi certificate at interview of every institutes and also uploaded the same on CAT website at the time of registration and no one raised any objection .... So , senior members please tell that this Hindi category certificate will be work or not ??
