In IIM RANCHI I am getting message 'You have not applied for PGDHRM ' what does it actually mean. Yes I haven't applied for PGDHRM but I wanna know my status for PGDM. Anybody please help.

I have got ranchi, udaipur , rohtak . Which is good to join? I have got 0 job exp and I have graduated this year (in April) from IIT M. Besides I got a job in software field . Will it be good to join the job and write CAT next year or join one of the best colleges above this year ? I heard companies look for job exp while placements in IIM's(mainly new IIM's) My score in VARC was too bad which I didn't clear sectional cutoff either wise I could have got call from ABC too . Please suggest whether to take up IIM ranchi or job and please specify the reason?
