Checked IIM C, couldn't made it. But I was expecting a call. OA 71.03 Sectionals: 61+ minimum. Category: PH Can anyone tell what went wrong?

Can the people selected for IIM-A/B/C post their profiles? My friend satisfied all criteria with OA ~79 with all academics above 80% except graduation score. She is PH. Orthopedic.
with oa percentile 80(va 72,lr 84,qa 77) and acad 10/12/grad 86/79/70 which clg will i be able to convert in iits
