Confused between two option. Need explanation

can someone explain what does that mean in terms of circular arrangements...

In which cases do we use two verbs together ex-Have had...any particular rule that has to be followed?

Puys/Pirls. Needed a bit of advice from u all. Actually I am facing problem in critical reasoning part. I am ok with normal rc part and parajumbles.. it is the para completion and cr which haunts me...how to improve it.. I am not an avid reader of novels but I religiously follow the Hindu newspaper.. suggestions welcomed.

How to relate these sentences??


(1) The lack of scale works its way down to local  component-makers.  
(2) Only German car workers earn more. 
(3) These are also small by global standards, so parts are pricey.
