I’m CAT aspirant and planning to give CAT 2020 & looking up for taking admission in 2021
I have few queries which are,
1) Given the current situation of uncertainty, I’m also looking at option of distance education from universities like IGNOU (as it has flexible timeline for pursuing and completing the course/curriculum e.g. MA Economics - Min.: 2 years to Max.: 4 years for completion of degree/course)
I want to know, with such degree, will I be able to take admission next year in IIMs / any B-school MBA program? as it will be considered as pursuing 2 degrees simultaneously.
2) Also, even if allowed, would it be good to pursue such degree? will it add value to my profile?
3) Will it have any impact while selection/ interview process for B-school, during B-school curriculum, after B-school completion.
And lastly,
4) How good is MA Economics from IGNOU?
Also, please suggest if any another degree / course one should do while preparation to suit up profile.
