am really really disappointed on cl mocks! I really really like the questions but unfortunately there are no video attempts to begin with for the flexi mocks, let alone video solutions! To top it all, they removed the old 3 hour mocks which could be used as good percentile benchmarkers! (like aimcats and simcats)

Continuing to my previous post, I am iterating it here that your one-page resume is the most important document once you enter the college. People both with experience and without experience note this post as very important.
The resume in a B-School will hold another level of importance. The diiferentiating point of a B-School resume is that any imformation or point that you write requires a proof lest it will be removed.
Thus, if you have any positions of responsibilities held in the college, get a certificate ot letter of recommendation issued if you do not have it now. For people with experience, whatever points you write as your responsibilities / key achievements needs a verification from your manager. So if you have changed your job, get in touch with your previous manager and get this done.
So, in summary:
1) If you had any competition won/positions of responsibilities held in your under graduation and/or post graduation college, approach the faculty/coordinator for the certificate if you do not have it.
2) If you are someone with work experience, you need to have a proof in the form of a mail enlisting your responsibilities/achievements acknowledged by your existing/previous managers.
I wished to inform you about all this now because till the time you get to know, it is too late to get those proofs and you miss the chance of enlisting them in your resume.
I will post one more note especially for the working people. Stay in touch. Be safe!

In this peak time for the entrance exam preparation, here are some tips on XAT preparation and BSchool interviews from last year's top scorers to steer your strategy in the right direction!
Post number 3 and this is especially for people with experience.
You people need to have the following documents in your possession by December end so that you can have an easier flow through the form filling and verification during interviews as well as admissions:
(1) Salary slips of at least the first three and the latest three months (including May, June and July 2020)
(2) Work experience certificate stating your last position as well as the start and end date of your tenure in that company
Scenario 1: If you have been working in just one company and haven't made any switch till now, only point (1) is for you as of now. You need to have the salary slips for a) the first three months you worked in the company, and 2) salary slips of May, June and July of 2020 because you have filled the experience till then in form I guess. Have the latest ones in your record as well.
Scenario 2: For people who have made a switch in their career, they need to have the salary slips of the first three months and the last months of all the previous companies they have worked in along with as stated in point (2), experience certificate(s) with the requisite details.
Scenario 3: If you have left the company already, have the documents listed in both points (1) and (2) in your possession.
If you can, get all your salary slips for records. If you cannot, at least get those mentioned in the points above so that you can get your experiences verified easily during interview process and later during admissions.
P.S. Get these documents in both soft and hard copies.
