I am confused regarding overall score. Suppose i get 130 score but my sectional score is.less but above cutoff in quant.. then what is the difference between me and the person who got better in quant and. Lesser in VA RC

I am expecting around 85+ percentile overall in CAT-2016. But little scared of lesser sectional cutoff in QA ( in the range of 70-75 percentile). 10th- 90% ; 12th- 93.75% ; UG- 8.77 ; Best student awards, 6 projects, Prizes at IIT, NIT. Best innovative project award by TAFE. 6 months of work experience. Founder of an NGO. Reputed International publication. Quizzer. Badminton player. What are my chances of getting a call (also converting the call) from IIT's DoMS (Vjsom, Sjsom, IIT-M, D, Kanpur, Roorkee) considering lesser sectional cutoff in Quants and 85+percentile?
I am expecting a score of 21-23 in QA- CAT 2016 (Slot 1). What will be my approximate percentile, after being scaled?? CL's score calculator is predicting it to be around 81 percentile. But many other predictors are predicting it to be around 65 percentile. Which one is closer enough in accuracy?? What will be my expected percentile??
