Puys, I just called on the Toll Free Number mentioned on the Contact Us section.
The "Customer Care Executive" said that the scorecard can be viewed from any Cyber Cafe. That sounded extremely weird. I enquired as to why would it not appear on my laptop at home. To this, she said that WiFi connection won't enable users to view their scorecards and neither will mobile data help. Cyber Cafe must be visited.
I don't know whether to believe this is not and cannot possibly put my faith in her. If any other person could drop them a call, it would be really helpful for all of us here.

SNAP seems to be organised now with a clear message running that the scorecard will be displayed after 1.00 pm today.
