Is the period of LOA counted under Work Experience?
Guys what type of experience is counted ?? I have been giving exams from last two year,and inspite of getting decent percentile, was unable to convert, i have concluded its my avg. Profile, thats causing the harm..so what kinda job should i look for. M a BBA graduate and have done pgd in stress mgmt. , also i have to start job this year itself ASAP. Please provide your opinions..will be great help

Guys...am 26...will be 27 when i Get admit for pgdm course...!This year I hope 2 get good percentile last year i had around 95%ile ..!But what are the chances of me getting in wid such a age! and den landing a good job???...and also if any one of you know regarding phd after pgdm from iim!
