I am working in an MNC at Chennai location. Like every company we do have this privilege leave and sick leave system. I got 32 days Privilege leave credited in my account as of now.
10 of my Interviews falls between Mar 23 - Apr 6th at various places like Delhi,Bangalore,Kanpur,Mumbai and Roorkee. In and around 15 days I need to attend 10 Interviews. So I have to take 15 days leave.
In our company as it 3 shifts a day my seniors are not allowing any juniors to avail their leave. So I need to talk to my manager in order to get approval. Guys what do you think? Do I have the rights to take my privilege leave and shall I proceed this to Manager's table. Please suggest.
