hey guys! i am in my engg final yr now, ive not done well in my engg due to medical issues and have some backlog papers.. and my cgpa till now for the papers which i have passed is less than 4.5
am i eligible for taking up CAT 2016?

should i finish all the backlog papers and wait up fot CAT 2017?

Hey guyz. one help. Am SC category. For applying CAT 2016, it asks us to upload the scanned and self attested form. I already have community certificate in the required format (its original so i cant self attest on it !!) . so the doubt is should i need to get a new certificate, or i can just xerox my old one and self attest it and upload ???

For CAT form, should I fill only PGP course options or FPM also? I am more interested in MBA than in research. Are the IIM calls different for PGP and FPM? I am a Fresher btw.

Hi, everyone. I needed your feedback about how my preparation has been thus far, how I should proceed further, and what I can expect in the future, given my current preparation for CAT '16.
So I started to prepare for CAT '16 about a month ago. I joined the TIME Centre at Kailash Colony, and have been attending classes regularly. However, only a handful of topics have been covered so far, which are ERPV, Percentage/P&L, and Numbers in Quant; one class of RC; two classes of Vocab; two classes of LR and two classes of DS&DI.
I have been solving the material provided by TIME for the covered topics as well.
I have tried my hand at 3 AIMCATS so far, 1725, 1712 and 1711. My percentiles for the same were 97.5 (Approx percentile on the basis of rank as I had missed this particular AIMCAT), 89 and 88.5 respectively.
On an average, I score >93 percentile in VARC, ~80-90 in LRDI, and ~70-90 in Quant.
As I am targetting a percentile range upwards of ~99, I am a bit terrified to see percentiles like these. I consider the percentile of 1725 to be irrelevant as the AIMCAT was held a few months ago, and many people would not have been prepared for the same, hence boosting my relative score.
I would request you all to please provide your valuable feedback, and suggest how I should prepare from now on. I am also a bit demotivated, and I am not sure if I will be able to achieve a percentile of 99+ in '16.

I'am not able to book slot for Sunday's AIMCAT. Whenever I try to click on book slot it just logs me out. Is it just me or someone else is also facing this issue?

I wanted to ask 2 questions. First based on profile i.e the score reqd based on my profile which is- 10th- 93, 12th 86, BCom-82 (Ty University eval), CA - 55% first attempt, CS Inter- 60%, CS foundation AIR 11... 2nd thing- considering that we had colg evals for FY & SY should we show aggregate or give only TYs marks cz our college never gave us anything above 70-75 so it hurts my average..

Iam quite good in aptitude and reasoning.
Now my question is if i perform quite good in CAT 2016, is there any chance of getting admission in any of the IIMS.
