Mr goldfinger had a safe with L locks. The safe could be opened only if all the L keys- corresponding to the locks were available. as he was planning to go abroad for a short while he employed a team of guards to look after his safe. he also made D duplicates of each of these L keys and kept the original set of L keys with himself . For each lock he gave D duplicate keys to different guard such that no guard got more than one key for that lock. In this manner he distributed all the duplicate keys of all the locks among his guards so that any three guards , together could open the safe, but no two of them together could open it.Further the number of keys given to each guard was the same.
Q- If there were 5 guards, what is the value of D?
