Understood everything. Just Have confusion in one sentence. Second last line is "adding 1 to the list".. how is this happening?? ACC to me 30+5+25=60.

 The upper half of a 20m high pole got bent away by the sun by 90 degrees at its midpoint such that upper half and lower half are now at right angles to each other. The sun rays fall at 60 degrees with respect to the horizontal. Find the distance between the shadows cast by the topmost part of the pole before and after it got bent. 


Ans-10(((3)^1/2-1)/3^1/2). TIA :)
