if overall score is above 70 and in 2 sections score is 50% then will u pass?
@NickLeeson I feel I did well in Ethic, Quant, FI, AI (expectin >70) but not dat well in FRA n CF(somewhat near to 60%). I feel If everything goes well I might score around 64-65% aggregate....!!! How wuld u rate my passing chances..???

This is my first attempt ... so even i have little experience to gauge what the passing score would be
The wide-spread belief is that ... if u get 70%+ overall with decent ethics u should clear
Though many people believe that the passing score is somewhere in the 60%s in a normal year
So if its a relatively easy exam the passing may shift higher .... maybe closer to 70% .... and if its relatively difficult it would logically move lower
From what I gather from other forums is that this appears to be an easier exam on a relative scale .... so that's why even i am so anxious ... I would estimate my own overall score to be in the 65-66% range ... which i fear may not be good enough for this particular exam
So lets just wait and watch ... and hope for the best for all of us
Please understand that these are all guess-works and nobody knows for a fact what the passing score was or will be as the CFA Institute does not disclose the same
Also the fact that i expect the passing score to be slightly higher than what u guys indicated is by no means intended to lower your morale .... this is what i personally think ... basis the feedback available on other forums
man, I feel the same. The morning session was awfull. Too fee exercices. I aim a 65% score rate which sucks compare to the work I provided
by the way, I suppose it is not the same exam for every country, is it ?

Result will come probably @ 3rd week of Jan. I am havinffew MBA entrance so planning to start for L2 after 20 th of this month. what abt you buddy?
