Yes every one gets the mail irrespective of the result
if you fail , you get a band ..
BAND 10 is closer to pass and band 1 is the least ..
No one knows the algorithm of sending mails .. But definitely not in pass - fail order .. I have seen people who get mail early/ failing and late /passing ..
So be patient 😃
