You have to apply for the scholarship in a set format - the last date for which is 31 Aug. There is no separate test for that.
so what are those references ??? nd is there is ny fees ??

hiii...As you are planning to appear for the paper next year, there is a lot of time to start from the scratch..you just need to put in your effort... you need not worry about it :)

it will be beneficial to you because it will add some value to ur cv.. just clearing L1 does not add lot of value.. but remember that something is better than nothing...
@leolazer I would prefer to disagree. I just ordered L2 material from them, and they tend to provide you the best of stuff at very affordable sources.
