Hi guys, is anyone from Delhi interested in forming a study group for L2 2013? we got get on with solving questions and discussing imp topics over the weekends!!
@neeraj1989 n
@akash1992 i know one of my friend who has done the same. but he was in a dual degree (in which you get B.tech and M.Tech both- 5 year course). he gave level 2 at the end of his 5th year. while registering for Level 2, they will ask you to fill the time of completion of your degree. Let's say you are registering for Level 2 in Feb, 2013, they will ask you to fill in the month and year when you will complete your degree. you fill it say June 2013, and it will give you an error as it only accepts a date which is before the date of registration, which i guess in your case will be a problem. I would suggest you drop in a mail to cfa customer care or rather call them.
Subscribing ..Any study groups in Chennai?
@praveen2087 hi praveen; i would suggest stick on with ur job..there is still a lot of time left..if u willing to put in some hours post work and on weekends u may just be able to crack it..a cfa level II degree may help you switch your profile..you can also try the CRISIL's CCAP course or the internship course run by ICICI.. these are ideal for people who want to switch profiles to finance..let me know if you need more info on these..

Though some of us have been blogging for the last few years, we are now planning to start a collaborative blog on topics related to stock ideas, macroeconomic trends, and investment opinions on various asset classes. A collaborative blog would help us have more frequent posts leading to higher reader interest and hence increased interactivity. We welcome all Puys who can develop an investment thesis and articulate their views and opinions. We will be glad to share some sample articles that we have written.
I want to join ur effort

Is this NC copy center trustworthy? I called them and they've told books will be sent only after money is deposited. Last year with laxmi xerox i've sent the money after receiving the books.
@themirror call 09833591215/09833541212- Om Book Center, Mumbai
There service is very good, I have bought the CFA level 1 and FRM notes and also the BA II Plus calculator from them. At first they didnt give me the warranty card of the calculator, I called them, they said ki don't send the money unless we give you the warranty card. They ask you to pay only after you receive the material. If you find any discrepancy in the material, they replace it. Don't know about other material providers, but I like Om Copy's service very much.
@chethanbp1989 hi chetan, just purchased cfa level II and level III scheweser notes from om book centre. Good quality notes, ordered in the morning, delivered in the evening:-) No: 9833591215
