Indeed,8th feb is so so far..... 😞 I am encountering one more prob, i have intimated my mgr about my resignation and he alwz keep on asking me when i m leaving and i have been delaying it intentionally ,today only he asked again and i told him that i wud tell final decision on monday(i wz hoping of results this week..infact positive results 😃 ) ,bt all in vain now ....

I understand.. but dnt resign till the result come.Manager kae saath baat karna ki sir bahut confused hun... kya karun... need some time to think... bla bla... lollzzz... he is asking because he has to arrange one resource as u r leaving.... aur koi karan nai hae.. my manager was also after me time and again... when i was going to resign then my TECH LEAD came and he told me to give a final date as we have to arrange another guy for the project... dnt resign before the result...

I have been doing this since last one month.......i think he already have waited too long ...
Trainings were being planned for me and i rejected the proposals....anywz i ll c to it... :)
