I find the present allocation (of posts) process flawed........
1. If u are medically unfit....u lose ur chance to get any post.
2. If any candidate leaves the post allotted to him....It is not filled by the next in the merit list.... Waste of resources and time to conduct exam for the same posts all over again......
I think this can be a better way to do so........
1. No need of preferences in form. Conduct exams and after marks are out, call candidates for counselling(as in AIEEE).
2. As per their marks and choices they will get their posts ...and no waste of seats..... Their should be reserve list for candidates, if few are disqualified in medical exam... And the medically unfit should get their next preferred post......

I think this is not so difficult to implement but it will bring great changes and impact........ Career of 1000s will be built.........
If possible, mail such ideas to SSC Chief..... may be we get a better allocation process in future....

yaar OVAL to bana diya tha,,,,header ar footer v,,,,But oval k andar ka content ka size mismatch ho gya tha,,,,,jiske karan,,,wo usme complete nai ho paya,,,means word size bada ho gya,,,phir v maine bde size me hi jaha tk ata likh diya
