One disturbing fact... Compared to last year, vaccancies in different ministries this time around is way too less....in general category:-external affairs min( including both profiles) is 42 against last year's 88... In intelligence bureau it is 23 against last year's 40.....in defence it is 11 vs 24.
The total vaccancies looks huge this year compared to last year mostly bcoz of excise and css..
To those among us who are partial to desk jobs over field jobs,this sure will come down as a hard blow.
What facilities do we get for being a Central Govt employee ? For example, if I join as an auditor in CAG will I be entitled to get all facilities for being a Central Govt employee? If yes, then what are they? In Maharashtra , there are CAG offices in Mumbai, Pune , Nagpur.. If I get in Pune or Nagpur , then will I get accomodation facilities? If yes , then within what period...Please answer my queries...Thanks in advance..

@vicksrocks Accomodation facility is difficult there is lot of queue for quarters,as my friend is working in chennai he said it will take minimum 7 years,net pay for auditor is 23400
@bhookhabilau ok.....thanks bhai for replying.... ......par agar spouse sarkari naukri mein nehi ho to kya hai transfer process????? in case of a girl ,,, agar use home state nehi milti...to kya hota hai transfer process????kitne time usually lagte hain....kuch consideration hoti hain kya?????
@luckybychance bohot bohot thanks ji... .plz bataiye inter commissionate transfer mein if a girl's situation is considered while transferring...i mean say for spousal ground and that too when her husband is not in sarkari naukri .....kya uski transfer jaldi hone ka sambhabana hain kepping in mind 2yrs mandatory servce in CE and no such thing in ITI.....
@chillex as far as i know upsc only consider age relaxation based on category for all major exams.no other criterion like govt service etc.only category & physical disability.
