@saikatha PO & examiner posts are in coastal cities only so if you like normal humid weather all year then it is good.as far as other factors are considered coastal cities usually have good living conditions/other facilities.also these jobs are one of the most in demand so cutoffs are highest for these posts.for ITI & excise if you want some "extra" money you have to take field trips with ITI having better ego satisfaction because of the usual fear of income tax among people.state wise in my opinion as long as you get any state except north eastern states like tripura,manipur,mizoram etc then it will be fine though your view may be different.

i know CPT was for interview and module 1 of cpt was for tax assistant...
@suzu12345 Actually is baar jin logon ne Interview ke liye qualify kiya unhe CPT dena tha aur DEST ke liye koi alag test nahi tha, for safe side, I attended CPT covering DEST for XY.
@guest_999 thnaks for ur reply, what r the coastal cities except kol, mum, chennai where PO n examincer gets the posting? my post pref is examiner, po, iti, enforcemnt,excise, MEA, then what should be my order of posting pref? i dont have issue with relocation, though will prefer home posting, if i get a chance...
@suzu12345 bhai agar wo cpt na deta toh dest ke liye alag se thode hi bulaate.... cpt dena toh jaroori tha uske liye for TA....
