In 2011 in TN the OBC vac for Cex are jus 24 and cutoff is 408 and nw there are more than 100 vac in TN-OBC, cutoff may go lower than 370.

Yeah its double the vac of 2011. Hence the cutoff may go down owing to more vac and tough ques papers of 2012. To 430 from 460.

one of my friend said that only the latest application submitted by us will be processed and there will be no problem with our candidature . it is true isnt it?

Regional offices won't be knowing anything about the result. How would they? It's processed and finalised at Delhi only.
