@excelltuhin reserve list means if seats remain vacant after candidates from selected lists join(many don't join in some services/states) then only these will be filled from reserve list depending on your rank in reserve list.it is not sure that you will get selected but you can get an idea.first check the writeup list & see how many seats are there for your service/state/category & then check how many people who got same service/state/category as yours in reserve list have rank higher than you.

bhai reserve list valo ko bhi job pakka milegi tension na lo ...esa kuch nahi h vacancy bachne k baad hi reserve list bani h

@bumbholebum bhai ye sahi nahi hai.aaj he mujhse kisi ne puchha tha kee uska kya chance hai reserve list mein.maine check kiya to us bande kee service/state/category mein only 18 seats thi all filled as per writeup list.us bande se upar 6 log hain reserve list mein jinko same service/state/category mili hai.ab tum hee batao us bande ko seat kaise milegi jab tak at least 18 selected mein se 6-7 bande join karne se mana kar de.

@bumbholebum bhai maine phir se list dekhi.jin logon kaa naam list 3 mein hai unhi logon ko consider kiya hai writeup list kee filled vacancy data mein.mera 1 friend TA(CBDT) delhi mein select hua hai or uski category mein total jitne bando kaa selection hua hai markup list mein utne hee bande hain list 3 mein to ab tum hee batao kee jis bande kaa maine example diya tha uska selection kaise confirm ho sakta hai.waise bhi reserve list mein list 3 se jyada candidates hain jo obvious hai kyunki har jagah reserve list aise hee banayee jaati hai kee usme sabhi kaa selection kabhi nahi ho sakta.itni to seats bhi nahi hai ssc mein jitne total no.of candidates hain list3+list 4 mein.
