If I join at one place but want transfer to another on spousal/family requirement grounds, hw much time does it take for the transfer to happen. Is it difficult to get transfer if spouse is not in govt. job and is it subject to seat availability?

@parmsinghkhalsa kaunsi post mili hai: preventive officer(code K) yaa J(inspector excise).preventive officer kee posting 11 fixed coastal cities mein hee hoti hai.agar K mili hai to result mein state code zero hoga(meaning no state since posting is fixed/decided by department) aur agar J mili hai to saamne state code likha hoga.
