Wo state excise me hi hte hain tum central excise me ja rhe ho. CX me neeche Sr TA hta hai 4200 Gp pe. To tum unke deptt me hi nhi hte aur na wo tumhare me, dono ke apne areas hain collection ke. For example: Alcohol manufacturing state excise me aayegi central me nhi.
After GST implemetation all would be central, may be tab state excise walon ko merge kar denge tumhare sath hi then you would be above them
@visitsameer i don't think it is possible unless you want to spend years in courts fighting.you will be selected in cgl2013 or maybe even cgl2014 before the final court verdict.:)

GST ayega to sab pe lag jayega. But states are nt happy with income distribution to abhi to mushkil hai agle 5-6 saal se pehle koi sol nikalna, but u never know kab kiske interest change ho jaye.
