Both are good in their own ways. These two cannot be compared. With scientist ISRO you stuck to cities like Bangalore and with excise you can get transfer to your home city living closer to your near and dear ones. It depends on your interest though if you like science and research then isro otherwise excise

ISRO is far better than excise. But very few openings are there i heard. Just google last year vacancies and see.
@jayeshpilot I joined as div acctt in 2008 in haryana. Thereafter i left to join sbi po. My bad decision. Div acctt has to work in state pwd in various divisions headed by executive engineer. Da gets three promotions the last one is group A gazetted post. However thru out ur life ur nature of job remains same and ur boss will always be executive engineer of state government. You will have to pass div acctt. Grade exam before confirmation. U will get a cabin with two state govt employees working under you. Pressure of work is there but i will say it is far far better than my present hopeless job. You can earn a lot if u r not inspired by anna hazare.

help me please , i have given tax asistatnt post pref over statistical invest , but skipped type test , so i am not eligible for tax assistant , now i have been alloted jr. accountant , which is preference after stati invest. kya ye sahi hai ya fir mujhe representation karana chahiye

but why did you left a Government Job my friend?
I mean millions of candidates give competitive examination to get any government job and you got that opportunity though you left it?

I think CX Inspector would be a better job. Its just my preference.
Friends is it true that being working in ISRO you are under 24hour surveillance?. just casually asking as it is a very very important government organisation so I think security reasons will be much much high.

I did my part one registration well in time. But now when i use my Reg Number to LogIn, it says "Information given by you is incorrect. Please enter the correct information". I have all the screenshots of the form that i filled. What to do.? Somebody Please Suggest.
