u will get the first post. as while allotment posts are given first preference and then states.

what u said abt jumping culture in software is true..and u u also dont knw for how many years the industry will bear u before u get redundant.so move on i beileve. and do let me know if you have any information abt Prev off in Mumbai.

@jayeshpilot i joined in 2008 and left after seven months. sixth pay commission was not implemented then. I remember my first salary was Rs. 17000 something.
