it means minimum fully expanded chest 81cm(or 32inch) with minimum expansion of 5cm(2inch) meaning the difference between fully expanded & normal chest must be more than 2 inch & minimum fully expanded chest must be 32inch.these are pretty easy conditions.i am what you call "slim" body type & i have a 34inch chest without expansion & you are punjab da sher so i am sure you have no difficulty passing any physical exam which i can pass.
chest expansion is used to diagnose any problems with respiratory system/spinal bones.any normal person(no matter the chest size) should be able to have a 5cm difference between chest fully expanded after a full breathing in & chest after fully breathing out.simply measure your chest after taking in max air you can inhale & then measure after as much air as you can breath out.difference should be 5cm/2inch.

All Post masters and Postmen will respect u a lot......One more last thing.............They get one Assistant to do their file work......... If u dont believe Read from the IPO/ASP Association blog............. So practically, he prepares all files for u and u only sign.......They also get a Laptop with Internet connection....... Work Load in all departments is high......It depends upon u how smartly u handle it...... I am not saying that everyone should opt for it..... I just want to say.... for ur information bro, as an Inspectr post offices, u can not do all these things as u have mentioned above, u cant publish posters , all you have to do is to go to branch post offices (post offices that are in rural areas and are headed by GDS staff) and instruct them to make aware people abt RPLI, and as u mentioned that GIVE ORDER TO POSTMASTERS then i think u have misunderstood something , Postmaster Grp-B, Sr. Postmaster are not sub-ordinate to inspectrs,even inspectr can order to postal assistants working in post offices , they dont get any type of assistant as u said, only a mail over seer(senior most postman of that circle) will assist him in day to day work, inspectr has to do all his work by himself only , like typing and all kind of this stuff , and who said u that Inspectr is incharge of all post offices , Supdt of post offces, IPoS is the incharge, and u will only sanction holidays of GDS(Gram dak sewak) that are extra deparmental .

CBEC stands for central excise and custom both, so what will be offered to TA CBEC or TA in custom , and if one is given TA Custom, will he be complete his whole job in customs only . and what is more beneficial excise or custom?
