bhai you have stated almost the truth ..I've been in IT from 2 years ..and facing such scenario..even on Independence day ..I've spent time in office ! ..but the work culture - I am not sure about it in govnt job ..and hope to be fulfilling .
if we donot get atleast 60%(i.e for 600 only 360),we deserved to be entitled to any post,i.e interview or non int,isnt it our pathatic scenario
