cutoff ka kucch pta nhi chal rha but going by th trend it seems ki cutoff more or less utni hi rahegi most probably on lower side

If a candidate faces interview and by any chance couldn't secure marks for Interview posts, then would he be considered for Non - Interview post as per his marks?
