Prepare a word Doc ... at the top all CGL particulars of yours ( Name Roll, Qn Set etc)... then in the matter the Q No , Ans as per SSC Key , Your proposed answer followed by authentic explanation... Sign it at the bottom.... Fax it and preserve the receipt of Fax....
