bhai friend request bhejne k liye u must have that person email id(jisse vo FB log in karta hai) aur agar vo mil jaye to search me jaa k uski profile pe frnd requset bhej sakte hai
kisi ko join karane k liye he must be connected to you in FB fir right hand top most me add people to group hai vaha uska naam likh do bas ho gaya join once he accepts

exactly true friend the thing is people who are not serious post stupid stuff which are not worthy & take precious time by closing it it can be only done once you are a member(approval can be given by any existing member)
