Ok, now I see it for CSS. Can you please tell me one more thing, I gave given CGL in 2010 but I was not eligible that year(my degree didn't complete), so will that attempt of mine be taken. Also how do they know if a student has appeared that many times? Do they maintain a database? I am asking it just for curiosity.

but yes tumhara wo wala attempt count hoga whether u were eligible or nt
@environ it means if 3 questions are wrong out of 100 question in paper I(Tier II) of CGL....... then total question are reduced to 97 instead of 100................

Same answer for Q(1,2,3) ""None in the whole world knows""...people can claim anything but no-one is 100% sure.... just relax no-one will get undue advantage by those questions...best is to represent those questions to SSC...
