CGL 2012 Tier 2 Preparations and Results

Some interesting facts:
This year(in 2012) tentative vacancies in Interview posts: 1785
Last year (in 2011) tentative vacancies in Interview posts: 1552
Difference: 233.... So 233 more interview posts for general candidates this year...........

Now as per ranking list.......... cut off must fall by at least 8 marks to accommodate these "extra" vacancies. Because as per ranking list total marks difference of last 240 candidates is about 8 marks...............

Also this year the cut off is about 6 marks lower than last year.
2012 cut off: 349
2011 cut off : 354.75
.
.
So taking both factors into account,we can conclude that cut off will go down by 14-15 marks for sure.............
This is based on extensive research and not merely guess...............

I hope you all can now guess which post you will get.........
I think Asst CSS will go below 400 (last year it was 412) if total vacancies (last year and this year) remain same...........
.
Excise me suna hai k post badi hai... so its cut off will be around 410.........(if 2011 cut off is 424(i think so), some say cut off was 413)....... If 413 was the cut off,then this year it will be around 400..........

So cheer up guys......... even those scoring 349 in written have good chance of getting interview posts ..........most probably CSS....... just secure 50+ in interview..........

Re-exam se aane wale candidates k kaaran cut off pe jyada fark nahi padega....because 2011 me v re-exam hua tha............. So we have alreaddy taken that factor onto account..............

Yes 341.25 are good enough for Auditor You may skip DEST if you desire

You will surely get auditor/acc. with these marks, most probably in your first preferred state..... skip DEST.

Generally CBI mein sabse pehle joining hoti hai.

332 is 5101-5147(all these have 332.00) mine are 335.75 not 333.75 😃

mera haal bhi tumhare jaisa hi hai yha sab expert puys dest chhodne ke liye hi advise kar rhe hai

np last year i had 333 with 6200 rank, this year 333 is around 5000, and almost equal or more NI vacancies!!!!
