prafullkrdubey has guessed that the cut off will go even lower........ I mean around 15 marks+..... So final cut off goes below 410.... Is it possible.............

last year 401 cut off thhi OBC CSS ki, mil jaayega with avg interview just clear CPT.

(3) aisa kuch nahi hai yar, hamari saari formalities poori ho chuki hain(TA2011)(documents verification at the office, medical) jo ki abhi bahot saari posts ki shuru bhi nahi hui hain, i think NIP mein toh sabse pehle TAs ki hi joining hoti hogi, at least delhi mein toh.
