fir DA ka cut off lowest kyun jata hai (css ko chhodkar) or examiner/ITI ka highest.... jabki DA ki to posts bhi kam hoti hain ?? DA mein to shayad koi exam bhi nahi clear karna hota promote hone ke liye.... or upar ki kamai location par bhi depend karti hai.... semi urban/rural mein hi zyada hoti hai.

they would surely get the seat from UR cos with these marks they would get the preferred post at preferred state and thus would qualify at UR category

P.s last year k hisab se kewal 2 states me gujrat and maharashtra mil rahi baki sab me upar gayi h

though cpt k liye itna takalluf uthane ki jrurt nh hai.
