@secretworld -Like you, I have also listed CSS as first preferance. But I don't want it any more.Shud I skip CPT then? When will I get my documents verified?

I got 305.75 (obc category) but not opted for NIP. Now my question:

Who will be preferred between the two for TA?
A) Non-optees of NIP qualified cand
B) Cand qualified for TA only & opted for TA
Please clarify

@pujakumari988 Thnks Puja for such kind advice .. I graduated in 2008 .. Well I guess preparing basic electronics and Antenna wud suffice in our case .. wt say .. ?? vaise which service u opted in ur preference .. ??

Thank you for you reply....i was a first timer for CGL and qualified for NIP and TA. But, now i have no hopes.....coz the separate list made for TAs will definitely fill all the vacancies under TA:(

CAG office understaffed, has 22,905 vacancies
New Delhi, Aug 13 (PTI):
The government today said the office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) has vacancies for 22,900 personnel.
"The office of the CAG have informed that against a sanctioned strength of 67,063 (in the Group B, C and D cadres) 44,158 persons are in position as on March 1, 2010," Minister of State for Finance S S Palanimanickam said in a written reply to the Lok Sabha.

Of the total shortfall of 22,905, shortage in Group 'B' was 2,944, Group 'C' (17,297) and Group 'D' (2,664), he added.

In May, CAG Vinod Rai had said the office plans to hire 2,000-3,000 semi-skilled people every year to handle the increasing work-load.

With audits being taken up in a host of areas including private firms now, the process demands trained manpower, he had said.

to bhai iska matlab ab auditor private firms ko bhi audit karenge???

many of candidate selected in TA list only are those who havent opted any post and are icluded and will get the post only when seats are vacant when all optees have got them. so candidate selected in TA list only and who have opted have much chances to have a job . so chill maro yaar
