@random2790 my result was declared in may and the provisional certificate is dated july 17th 2012... i think the date in the provisional should be before 1st august..

@sakarinaukri i think mark sheet of 10th will be sufficient for DOB as it is issued by state board not by any school :)
@chaitanya1990 If you see, the most stiff competition in SSC is in Delhi, UP region only. South has relatively low competition. Like, UR last cutoff candidate in each post mostly gets TN, Kerala or some NE state
