@sscprep don't know about that, as you can see from last year's result all the SI in CBI have no state allotted to them, check last year's final result after interviews, those selected in CBI have not been allotted any particular state, maybe they are allotted after training ( they have training just like other police forces)

friend my score is 339 UR can you tell my what i can get ...do i have to go for DEST to get a job if tax assistant is my last option....i mean if i have to get atleast one job would it come to tax assistant or i would get any choice filled before thatnorth western region

doesn't matter u can change ur address in attestation form, joining letter would reach at the address u wud give in att form

I was asking about assistant in Intelligence Bureau and not SI in CBI !!

I want to know which all post require skill test? I am selected for cpt. Can i just go for document verification. I have accidentally added Upper division clerk preference high. If I go for document verification will i get that post. I am getting 361 (gen). So my chance of getting interview post are less only. Should i go for document verification and cpt?
Bhai log just confirm this please- I just read that SSC CR is asking for 3 copies of Attestation form and too signed by 3 different Gazetted Officers. Is it the same for other regions too?
Also somebody please confirm if HOD of my Engg College and Principal of my School is valid Gazetted Officers. If not it is going to be a pain convincing 3 different officers to sign.
@surajsk you must go for CPT as UDC doesnt require any CPT or DEST. On which position you filled UDC?
@torqtech NR asks for 2 different officers and only the character certificates by 2, everything else by one officer fine. School principal is perfectly fine. HOD in a govt institution i am 95% sure.

Yes Govt Engg College! So if I am correct the 3 diff officers can be Govt Hospital Doctor, HOD and Principal.
I had applied only for interview posts in general category still I have been called for document verification and as I cleared the cut-off for both non-interview posts and tax assistant, will I be considered for non-interview posts other than tax assistant??
@torqtech yes. and rest there should be the list of eligible officers who can attest, in the form. last year list of eligible officers was there in the form only.

you should go for document verification. you are eligible for both NIP and TA but obviously you will be considered after all those who preferred them irrespective of the marks. so ATB.
