MY CPT Day (NR)
Reached at the centre at around 10:30, was supposed to report at 11 though. 8:30 batch was giving cpt 9:30 was in for document verification. Started chitchatting with ppl over there. Heard about what post is better and why not to go for that post and other BS.
Anyways was called up at around 12 noon for document verification. Was given 1 admit card for CPT, two forms and one CRFS stamp decalration. Filled that pasted two pics on that. Signed all pages.
Now regarding doc verifcation only 10th highschool certifcate and graduation marksheet was verified rest he took with blind faith on me. So keep all ur documents in up to date position. Don't depend on them that they will tell you anything good. If attested then gud else self attest them. Take ID card too if u want to give CPT.
Coming to CPT:
1. Typing test. 4 paragraphs , ok punctuation but capital letters were there in midst of the sentences. Mind those. easy one. My typing is OK so made it in 10 min, 5 min for checking, hopefully no mistake(couldn't see any)
2. Excel very easy, first column items, then price per unit, then stock at 1 st of month, then sale in month, were given. After that two columns in one was asked to find out the balance at last day and then net proceed of sales to be find out by formulas no manual thing. Lastly in total was to be found. Font size 12 arial. Put a header too giving file path.
shapes but formaating was slightly different
3. Powerpoint was slightly odd. A flow chart was to be made using shapes. easy but new hence took tym. Moreover placement was a problem, footer was to be added with date time, name and roll no. the whole material was to be circumscribed by a rectangle 2 pt thick.

I have heard from many that CAG has requested to DOPT to changed it into 4200 but no reply from DOPT so no predictions from me at all.
