they were not giving any results ....but all have to submit their printout copies one by one...so ...the person who was collecting said that...as it will be clearly evident if u see the printout...as the passage almost comes on the full paper...so if the paper is not fully filled...he has not completed the test...as simple as that ..!! savvy?!

@secretworld bhai I had my DEST on 17th, I have typed 1930 keys with very few error max of 10-20 keys and I am from OBC category with 306 marks.....is there any chance of clearing DEST or only those who have typed 2000 keys will clear.And is there any chance of auditor post with my marks and category as I have filled all states.

auditor to mushkil hai but Jr. accountant mil sakta hai
DEST bhi shayad clear ho jayega gen 5% hta hai so if it is in tht then u can clear it shud be 5% of depression that is gen 2000 so u can make 100 keys mistake

@alpha426 mujhe pata hai bhai tune ministry of def join kiya hai aur waise bhi main tere ko advise de bhi nahn sakta kyoki u r much more intelligent than me.m par ye y jo tu ssc ka blunder bata raha hai wo baat mat kar kyoki ssc mie tere se jyada intelligent log baithe hai.

bro download attestation form and touchnwith d process, u will surely got one job if u filled all the states
i have 364 marks.. done with cpt..it went fine.. if i score avg marks in intervu...say 50, what cn i get...i filled all the states... plz comment.. thx
Hi all... My cpt was on 17th...
Typing was easy as i have worked for 1 year before. it took me 8 minutes or so to complete it. Passage was straight forward . No special characters were there. It was about out cotton industy. I check my passage and saw that many of the mistakes were there. say 5 wrongs spelling which i corrected all.
Excel and ppt was bad. i did what they asked but fromatting was nt done properly. as they started excel immediatedly and i wasnt knowing. Anyways excel mein average +sum+ header footer some more things were there.
PPt mein just layout was the key rest was easy. dun know shadow kahan sae on ho gai. aur show fill bhi nai kiya.. screwd up. rest bhagwan bachayae...

Gave my DEST today.
Reporting time was 8:30 am, started exactly at that time... Doc. verification took almost 1 hour, he took the photocopies and kept it without looking, checked the 10th marks sheet and Graduation marks sheet(Name, Father's Name, DoB), and so called "ATTESTATION FORM" was not required... the DEST started at 10 am, first they gave instructions and trial passage on one paper. We typed for exactly 2 minute. Then actual passage was given and we were told to write first three lines of passage on blank sheet with name and Roll no.
Passage was very easy, font size was good, I did in 10 minutes, then checked for errors, 0 error..... And I was amazed at quality of computers at Govt. School, they were very good.

i asked the same question to a snr officer in MEA nd he told that cypher is not that good in comparison to only MEA . Also he said that facility wise MEA is quite good, u would get chance to go on foreign tours but promotion aspects are lesser than other ministries . if the no. of seats are same as last yr , cut off may come down between 430-435 as it was 441 last yr i guess
