During first two years of service itself one becomes eligible for appearing for AAO (Asstt Audit Offr) exam, this exam consists of 9 papers, it is required to pass this exam in max span of 6 years, with exam being conducted every year. the papers passed are carried forward ....
AAO has a GP 0f 4800 and a gazetted rank, after passing the AAO exam one is promoted as AAO but he needs to prove himself by passing an officer level exam (performance based) in the Ist year of promotion, if he fails in it, again demoted to Sr Aud.... These details I got from one of the working auditor.

depends, as per individual's choice, commitments, priority etc... obviously GP wise its the highest among NIPs and likely to get GP 4200 as per rumours (though its already implemented in some states)

aur photgraph par bhi attet krwana hai kya ??

nopes photos not to be attested , also take the 3 identity certificates separately signed and not one signed and other two xerox copies

@suzu12345 u r right bro these s/w industries really suck. Still continuing on there 8 year old package with no growth and promotion aspects are also very low. and have to work around 13+ hours daily in office
