i got 365 in cgl( tier 1+2)..interview was average, CPT too was not so good, filled only interview posts and opted for only four states : delhi, up, bihar, jharkhand...
is there chance of getting any int post??
will i be cosidered for other states,if vacancy remains there after alloting state to those candidates who have opted for that??

why to take interview just to maintain a ratio ...it takes time to take interviews of exactly double the cands and thus results used to be declared late in previous years.... Good work done by SSC.... thanks

and if u know the concept of stage selection
it means that some candidates will be eliminated in every stage and best candidate wud be selected
but here no one is getting eliminated in interviews then y is this ridiculous diplomatic proceess is placed .....
wat if a person having marks 348 in tier1 and tier 2 get more marks than a guy having 349 in tier1 and tier2..
how wud u justify that,..
its just that u think i got the post process is right...
Cutoffs are in place to select interview candidates.....and interviews stage is not totally clear...what used to happen iyears back and still happens in some govt offices...bribes were demanded directly or indirectly to select.....so as far as interview process is neglected it is good for everyone of us even u....
and as per u there should not be any distiction in 348 and 349...that means no cuoff should be placed at all bcoz there always be cand with +1 0r -1 across the cutoffs...

yaar i feel more like formality ke liye hai n...thus u know that avg marks are 45- 55...so there should not much change at all...n yaar i mean no offence but i think interviews should be avoided in all cases..(my views strictly)bcoz interviews can be manipulated easily...not good for any hard working cand....Thanksn nice day

sk jadon da is the most underrated post in cgl , jee and executive engg in a division r in close touch with da .....even the officer above u i e divisional acc officer consult him while taking any decision ..send report to cag 4 all expenses incurred on a particular project like road constr , govt buildings and drainage system .............even a smallest of project under pwd is around 2 cro.. atb for auditor this year n best of luck for cgl 2013
