yes of course ...not even absentee , some have filled very states ,some have filled only few post options , 100-200 cand in obc r already selected through cgl 2011 looking 4 homestate . these facts will play a vital role ...so prediction of cut off for a particular post is next to impossible in this prticular scenario , but a dip of 20 -25 marks is on the cards .

if 4900 vacancies r there than minimum 9800 candidates should have been called for interview posts...this is such a big anomly with those who scored few marks less than cut off especially with UR cat. candidates...........

yaar da n jee r always at the same end ; but inspectors is better in long term
@sk.jadon bro css , railway examiner po , then income tax inspector si and lasty cag all in delhi ... no chance in 2013 i will go ouside delhi
