I m nt sure. Wanted CSS wud get that I think. So this year wud fill only ITI n MEA but state only Delhi and tht too just in case I don't like CSS. (of course high marks wud be needed to get such a choice next year though)

yaar this is ridiculous.....jab rules set na ho na to log aise hi karte hai ...no wonder..sab raja sochne lagte hai ...dusro ka tym ki value hi nahi samajhte koi...He is offline now...he didnt replied...i asked him many times....shayad kal bhi tweet karu...i will ask him daily..

u wud write to ur cadre controlling authority for transfer. if that is accepted then u wud be transferred to that zone but there u wud be the juniormost yani wahan tumhare saath lage bande bhi tumse senior honge pehle unka promotion hoga fir tumhara bhale hi unhe wahan kam karte hue 1 mahina hua ho aur tum 3 saal ke exp k baad ja rhe ho,
