@lapulga bro i told u from last year perspective ... tamil nadu was filled at 1700 range rank for general category... lowest rank (range for excise)... this time seats are 4 times...
Thats y i was quite sure.. more over south ppl must have filled bangalore also.. which has around 160 seats... so its like 500-600 seats there in south for excise... thats y u will get it..

The great "chupu" analysis of what you will get by your truly gaurav das(vaise mera asli naam manish hai gaurav is my friend's name whose account i use).
first understand some key points
this was done with latest rank list
this is worst case scenario.
1. on the basis of post only, i assumed everybody has filled all state(now you got why i called worst case as if somebody has filled post i assumed he will get it, if available at his rank, without consideration to his state preference, as i dont have state preference.)
2.no of candidate taken
300 obc which i thought in worst case will be counted as UR i took 300 as it may suffix all other sc/st that may come as ur. 2193 availabe general candidate.
total of 2493 and this is rough figure people are assuming that may have appeared for interview.
3.algo used
read the excel file using java api
make count of general post put by ssc
allocate post as per his rank if the post is there at his rank according to preference order
reduce the number of seat of post which was allocated
print it in excel
4. assumed people will clear cpt( height of cynicism to create worst case)
guys please comment i wasted 3hours(10pm to 1 am) hours to develop the java program to do this not to mentions days earlier learning excel manipulation with java.
feeling both happy and sad
sad css went for toss but happy as will get something for sure 100%.
those who have "nothing" in front of their name should not get disappointed as this is worst case and many changes will be there once state preference comes into picture

guys i need your help
last night i analyzed what will we get according to preference we have filled
i have uploaded the resultant excel file here with what you will allocated
Now I want some clarification to improve it.
1.what will happen with those people who have filled central excise before assistant css yet by mistake of ssc the list shown in result is having assistant css before central excise.
will ssc respect their choice or allocate according to mistake. As i feel they could file a case in court.
2.what could be number of these people
a. 0-100
b. 100-200
c. 200-300
d. 300-400
e. 400+
Now i will explain how it will help me or change everything
if 400 people above me have have failed cpt or they have preference made wrong by ssc and ssc in its final result rectify their mistakes and allot according to correct preference then I will get css and not central excise, which is what i want.

633 are people with css in top 5
183 are people with first choice as central excise
992 are people with central excise in top 5
One last important analysis
there are 674 people with Assistant css ahead of central excise in their preference list
for whatever reason there may be
data collected from UR list with 300 obc crossover with total of 2493 people.

bhai hum hi ganwar hain tu hi mahan banda hai jo ITI se commssioner ban ne ki soch rha hai jara concept theek kar at least don't misguide ppl . aur PDF file kaun si de rha hai link diya kar sapne nahi aate mujhe ki tu kaun si site dekh rha hai
