There are even cases of people leaving the Job without even informing but Union ka backup rakhna hai isliye.Bank me there is no point of PF for those who joined after 31.01.2010

If u leave without intimation then no need to pay the amount and even bank wont take it seriously, I have seen many cases lik tht.In tht case you wont get relieving letter and you cant mention the experience anywhere further in your lifetime. Wen u r ready for this leave the bank silently.

bt its a criminal offence working in 2 depts at d sametym,,wat if dey dnt ask me to leave evn if i dnt go for 3-4 months widout intimation,,,banks badly need officers,,,vo aise nikalte nahi....and i hv to gv 2-3 months pror notice b4 leaving too..

Dont attend the calls. THey will intimate you through a show-cause notice, after tht if u wont rep they will terminate you. Only in rare cases they go legally. I have seen many people leaving without any intimation sayin tht we need leave for a couple of days and they never returned.

I think it is always better to settle down.
These things will surface may be after a long time when you are peaceful and least prepared to face so sort out all matters.

Right, but who will reveal the things and where from Bank get the database of SSC postings.
Those are all our illusions, unless the info goes from ur side none of them will be aware of ur Auditor job. If situation demands then u can go and resign later.

hehe...furrr hone nai na dete vo log,,,agar unhone nikala nai to or prblm,,,m on leave dese dayz,,m preparing 4 ras mains,,,i think,,i shld go and join again after my exam,,bond money ikkhta kar leta Hun 4-5 mahine kaam kerke,,tab tak auditor ki joining bhi aa jayegi....
