@secretworld ITO ke liye eligibility hai 4 years.. normally it takes 5-6 years.. depending upon region.. and then uske 5-6 years baad AC .. and i am pretty sure..since my cousin is an ITI ..and i have heard this from couple of other people from the dept also..

Yaar bhai I can't comment much, but the profiles i have seen on linked in give me an idea abt it. Anyways u join, aage walon ko guide karna. The thing is IRS officer 11 saal me examiner me bhi possible nhi lgta mujhe jiska cadre strength sabse kam hai thats y promotions r gud. will PM u the profiles I hv seen on linked in

yup,,u alwayz hav dat option,,,govt. bank job ex wil alyas count gud for ur future...u'l get gud hike in pvt after dat,,,one of my mba frnd has done dis,,,,he's nw placed wid very gud package in a pvt company...
@secretworld actually the sole reason that i filled ITI as 1st option was bcos of the promotions.. btw i am still not sure whether i will join or not.. MBA ka bhi scene h thoda..

you have to qualify in all section and in interview you have to gain more than cutoff which is set by ssc

promotions r of course gud but not as fast as u r expecting it. If u want to do MBA my advice wud be do it after sometime that too in finance It wud help u later in ur pvt career.
