btech(IT).It wasn't mentioned nywhere that tech seats are nly for ppl wid bio as background,so I think I am..but now I dnt know which exam I am supposed to give.They haven't specified nything abt it...

Read page-7 of Notification:- Essential Qualification for Technical Posts was mentioned in advertisement.
You're eligible only for Paper-2, not for technical posts.
