mmm... Scolding ,to me, seems right as the person is going lazy...and some sort of scolding might work so that he doesn't go lazy anymore 😁 So I chose this over Warn 😛

also asessing the question If he is lazy , why don't youturn him off there is no analogy beteween "turn him off" and options a,b,d the closest match for turn him off is dismiss
